I second what @justonepurpose said. It’s a simple action but it’ll hurt the fucker and it’s unlikely you’ll be charged for assault unless you break them. (And it’s not at all difficult to stop bending before you break something, speaking as someone who was trained to do this in jiu jitsu classes for several years.)
