what’s the word for “i’m in pain and it’s making me restless and twitchy. i literally can’t stop moving even though it hurts”
like “painsomnia” is hurts too much to sleep so what’s that ^
I get this too @_@ I think it might be muscles trying to stretch themselves out to reduce pain? (At least in my case) But hell if I know the word for it.
I know ‘restlesss muscles’ are a thing because I get it as a reaction to certain drugs, but this’s just like “hurts to move but muscles feel fucking itchy??”
I think of it as sort of a cross between growing pains and restless energy or anxiety. My muscles just sort of have their own energy reserve that they draw from to force me to twitch at all hours. I’d like to put forth “painergy” as a term for it.
