D/deaf is just a more inclusive term. The differences between D and d can vary depending on who you ask. Some say D means born deaf / deaf pre verbally whereas d means deaf later in life, D is also more used to reference the community and those who are active in it (ie: Deaf community) whereas d is referenced towards those who don’t have a major Deaf identity or don’t involve themselves within the culture / community. D can be used towards people whose first language is sign, and d can be used towards those who lipread and speak English natively. D can be used to reference the deaf person, whereas d can be used to medically describe deafness. Some will say all of this is accurate, and I am of that opinion. I’ve heard (haha) all of these answers depending on who I’m talking to and where they are from.

Think about this for a moment, a guy bought a house and fixed it up, he was trying to gain some privacy by asking for a simple fence and gate to indicate the property line and gain some distance from the paps, – which the police and council said was fine – and the newspapers who can no longer use these ill-gotten photos and are probably pissed have managed to spin this story to make it seem that this guy (whether you like his music or not), is an asshole and is anti-homeless. And you’re all eating this shit up and believing the newspapers, even though the Sun and Telegraph are well known across the UK for making shit up and lying. smh.
Not to be that dick, but some people in the fandom really are in denial about what Lucio has done. I keep seeing people claim we ‘don’t know that he’s evil, it’s all just rumours’ and I’m like… what? Let Lucio be evil, don’t turn him into a weepy ‘I had no choice’ villain please.
He has enslaved people.
He has blackmailed a village.

He did neglect his people and let them starve, let their districts flood.
He did kill his father.
He did try to kill his mother.
And those are just a few that are mentioned or shown, that I remember right now. If I go through the whole story again I’m sure I’ll find more.
Clearly I’m not saying you can’t like Lucio – hell I do – but don’t pretend like he’s some misunderstood wounded man who only looks evil because of lies.
The best argument you could make is saying he’s not malicious but rather indifferent, and that is still evil.
